Unlimited data up to 20Mbps.
Just how fast is 20Mbps?
Last updated: 28/02/2022

With 20Mbps, you can make and receive HD video calls, stream HD TV shows and movies, use cloud storage and of course, do normal day to day things like checking your social media and emails.

For context, Netflix recommends just 5Mbps for HD streaming, and Stan recommends 15Mbps for 4K UHD streaming*! For more information on what you can and can't do at speeds of up to 20Mbps, check out our speed guide: https://felixmobile.com.au/plan/data-speed/

What's the average speed?
Last updated: 23/02/2022

We’ll endeavour to give you as close as possible to 20Mbps.

Average speed (upload or download) is difficult to pinpoint as it depends on a whole range of factors such as device capabilities, obstructions, network congestion, and coverage

There are heaps of free to use websites (such as https://speedtest.net/) that will measure your download and upload Mbps in real-time.

felix will endeavour to give you as close as possible to 20Mbps however the actual speeds you experience may vary depending on many factors such as device capability, location, network congestion at the time of use, network coverage and if you’re roaming.
