To order a replacement felix SIM, head to your felix app and tap Settings > Order replacement SIM


We will then send you a link via email to confirm your request, the link will expire in four hours, so jump on it ASAP. We’ll send your replacement SIM to your address on file, if the address is incorrect, please chat to us in the felix app. We’ll be happy to help.
