To order a replacement felix SIM, head to your felix app and tap Settings > Replace or swap your SIM > I need a replacement physical SIM > Confirm.
We will then send you a link via email to confirm your request, the link will expire in four hours, so jump on it ASAP. We’ll send your replacement physical SIM to your address on file, if the address is incorrect, please chat to us in the felix app. We’ll be happy to help.
