You can upgrade or downgrade plans in the felix mobile app.

To upgrade or downgrade plans in the felix mobile app head to Service > Change my plan > Choose your preferred plan by tapping Pick this plan > Review the details > tap Next.

Upgrading plans?

Upgrading will go through immediately. You’ll be charged the difference of the two plans.

Downgrading plans?

Downgrading will go through at the time of your next renewal. You’ll see the date in the felix mobile app of when your plan will change.

Please note that if you’re paying the old $35/mth price for our unlimited data plan and change plans at any time and then change back to the unlimited data plan, you’ll be required to pay the new price of $40/mth.
