felix is a month to month pre-paid subscription, so your renewal date is on the same day every month. Your renewal will go through automatically at around 11:59pm on your renewal date (unless you switch your number to another provider, pause or cancel beforehand). If you have any credit in your felix wallet, this will automatically be deducted from your renewal amount.

Your payment cycle start date is determined by when you activate your physical SIM, or in the case with eSIM, it's when you switch your number across to felix if you opt to bring it with you. 

Note – if your payment cycle starts on the 29th, 30th or 31st of the month, then at some stage your payment date will change. For example, if you activated on January 31st, as there's no February 31st, your renewal date becomes the last day of February.
