How much does the felix subscription cost, and what's included?

felix mobile offers three, great value pre-paid plans. 


- 25GB Mobile Plan ($25/month)


- 50GB Mobile Plan ($30/month)


- Unlimited Data Plan at speeds up to 20Mbps ($40/month)


All of our plans include unlimited standard talk and text to use in Aus and are on a no lock-in contract. You can choose to bring your number or get a new one when you switch over.


No matter which plan you choose, we also plant one tree a month for every month you’re with us. We’re also certified carbon neutral and powered by renewable electricity.

What is felix doing to look after the planet?

felix proudly contributes to reforestation around the world through our non-profit partner, One Tree Planted with one tree planted for every month you're with us. We've already reached our first goal of planting 1,000,000 trees around the world and we can't wait for you to join us!


We're also proudly certified carbon neutral by government-backed initiative, Climate Active, the first telco brand in Australia to be powered by 100% renewable electricity, and members of 1% for the Planet.


Beyond these wonderful partnerships, we offer eSIM as a way to switch to felix mobile, reducing our plastic use in production as well as less packaging. Our physical SIM cards are Eco-SIMs and are made with 100% PVC recycled material.

How do pre-paid plans work?

All of the felix mobile plans are pre-paid. This means you pay up front when you sign up to a service and at each recharge (billing cycle). Our no lock-in plans all last a full month (no sneaky 28-day expiry here!).

How do I switch my number to felix?

It’s quick and easy to switch over to felix. Two main things to remember:


- Leave your current provider's active SIM in your phone until your switch is all done (at step 3 below)


- You don't need to let your current provider know you're switching. We'll look after all that in the back-end for you!


3 steps to switching:


1. Sign up in the felix app, verify your email on your phone, select your plan and choose to activate your service using an eSIM on your compatible device, or we can send you a peachy SIM in the mail (we’ll express post it for free!)


2. Follow the steps in the app to activate right away if you’re using an eSIM. If you’re waiting for a physical SIM, log into the felix app and follow the prompts to when it arrives. The switch usually takes just a few minutes* when started between 8am to 8pm Monday-Friday or 10am to 6pm Saturdays (Sydney time).


3. You'll know your felix SIM is activated and your switch has gone through when your previous provider's SIM goes into SOS.


*switches can take up to three business hours.

How do I sign up to felix?

Signing up and switching over to felix is easy!


1. Download the felix mobile app (you'll need iOS version 12.0/Android OS version 5.0 or later) or continue on our website to sign up and choose your preferred plan


2. Follow the sign up prompts - it's here you'll let us know if you want to bring your current number over to felix or get a peachy new one


3. Choose to set up an eSIM on your compatible device, or we can send you a peachy physical SIM in the mail (we send this via Express Post at no extra cost to your home address, PO Box, or Parcel locker)


4. When your peachy SIM arrives, activate it in the app and enjoy the sweet feeling of doing good for the planet. If you chose to sign up with an eSIM, you can activate it right away!


You will pay your first month of the subscription when you first sign up, but your billing cycle won’t start until you’ve activated your service in the app.
