An eSIM is an embedded SIM card, acting just like a digital SIM card that’s downloaded onto your device. It acts in the same way as a physical SIM and enables you to connect to our network quicker. eSIM is available for new and existing customers with eSIM compatible devices.

New to felix and want to sign up with an eSIM ?

1. Download the felix mobile app to sign up or head to our website
2. Choose your preferred plan Select eSIM when prompted
3. Choose to bring your current number over or get a new one
4. Follow the prompts to finish signing up

Already a felix customer and would like to swap to an eSIM ?

1. You’ll need a stable internet connection – so please connect to WiFi or hotspot from another mobile device
2. Head to the felix mobile app Tap Settings > Replace or swap your SIM
3. Follow the prompts and confirm you want to make the switch to an eSIM
4. Follow the steps in the app to activate your new eSIM
