All felix plans are on a no lock-in contract and include unlimited standard talk and text.

We’re also proudly certified carbon neutral, powered by 100% renewable electricity and we plant one tree for every month you’re with us.

Yes, all felix plans include standard 1300 and 1800 numbers.  

If you’re using WiFi Calling and trying to call 1300 or 1800 numbers, your call may not connect as your location might not be showing accurately. To call these numbers, switch off WiFi Calling in your device settings, connect back to the mobile network and dial the number again. See: How do I make WiFi calls?

Yes, VoLTE and WiFi Calling are included on all felix plans. Voice calls however are different to VoLTE and WiFi calling and will use your data.

Yes, at no extra cost! Please check you’re not locked into a contract with your existing provider before doing so to avoid a cancellation bill. You’ll be prompted on sign up if you’d like to bring your number across or get a new one.

Nope! felix is a month-to-month pre-paid subscription with no lock in contract. Your subscription will automatically renew every month, and you can pause or cancel at any time for no extra cost. See How does the payment cycle work? for more info!

All felix plans are pre-paid. With a pre-paid plan, you pay up front when you sign up to our service and at each recharge (billing cycle). Our no lock-in contract plans all last a full month (no sneaky 28-day expiry).

Yes, we sure do! eSIM is available for new and existing customers with eSIM compatible devices. Just select the eSIM option when signing up to felix. See our website for more info or check out this article: How do I sign up for an eSIM?

If you don't have an eSIM compatible phone, we can send a physical SIM to you in the post. 

Already a felix customer? Head to the felix mobile app and under the Settings tab, select Replace or swap your SIM to set up your eSIM.

You can sign up and order your felix SIM or eSIM through the felix mobile app or on the web. You can also buy a felix SIM at Big W, Coles, Officeworks or Woolworths. Once you have your felix SIM, you’ll need to activate it in the felix mobile app.

Our physical SIMs and eSIMs don’t offer an internet connection at the moment for a cellular smart watch. However, you can still connect to your phone via Bluetooth if your phone is nearby.
