Yes, all felix plans include standard calls to 1300 and 1800 numbers.  

If you’re using WiFi Calling and trying to call 1300 or 1800 numbers, your call may not connect as your location might not be showing accurately. To call these numbers, switch off WiFi Calling in your device settings, connect back to the mobile network and dial the number again. See: How do I make WiFi calls?

Yes, VoLTE and WiFi Calling are included on all felix plans. Video calls however are different to VoLTE and WiFi calling and will use your data.

Nope! felix is a month-to-month prepaid subscription with no lock-in contract. Your subscription will automatically renew every month, and you can pause or cancel at any time for no extra cost.

Yes, we sure do! eSIM is available for new and existing customers with eSIM compatible devices. Just select the eSIM option when signing up to felix. See our website for more info or check out this article: How do I sign up for an eSIM?

If you don't have an eSIM compatible phone, we can send a physical SIM to you in the post. 

Already a felix customer? Head to the felix mobile app and under the Settings tab, select Replace or swap your SIM to set up your eSIM.

Signing up and switching over to felix is easy! Simply download the app or head to our website to sign up and choose your preferred plan. You can choose to switch with an eSIM or physical SIM. Then, all that’s left to do is activate it within the app.

Our physical SIMs and eSIMs don’t offer an internet connection at the moment for a cellular smart watch. However, you can still connect to your phone via Bluetooth if your phone is nearby.

Yes, you have the option when switching to felix to bring your number over at no extra cost, no matter which provider you’re with. You’ll be asked on sign up if you prefer a new number or if you’d like to bring your number over to felix.
