felix mobile offers three, great value pre-paid plans. 

- 25GB Mobile Plan ($25/month)

- 50GB Mobile Plan ($30/month)

- Unlimited Data Plan at speeds up to 20Mbps ($40/month)

All of our plans include unlimited standard talk and text to use in Aus and are on a no lock-in contract. You can choose to bring your number or get a new one when you switch over.

No matter which plan you choose, we also plant one tree a month for every month you’re with us. We’re also certified carbon neutral and powered by renewable electricity.

Beyond these wonderful partnerships, we offer eSIM as a way to switch to felix mobile, reducing our plastic use in production as well as less packaging. Our physical SIM cards are Eco-SIMs and are made with 100% PVC recycled material.

Nope! felix is a month-to-month pre-paid subscription with no lock in contract. Your subscription will automatically renew every month, and you can pause or cancel at any time for no extra cost. See How does the payment cycle work? for more info!

All of the felix mobile plans are pre-paid. This means you pay up front when you sign up to a service and at each recharge (billing cycle). Our no lock-in plans all last a full month (no sneaky 28-day expiry here!).

Yes, we sure do! eSIM is available for new and existing customers with eSIM compatible devices. Just select the eSIM option when signing up to felix. See our website for more info or check out this article: How do I sign up for an eSIM?

If you don't have an eSIM compatible phone, we can send a physical SIM to you in the post. 

Already a felix customer? Head to the felix mobile app and under the Settings tab, select Replace or swap your SIM to set up your eSIM.

At the moment, felix SIMs (physical and eSIM) don't offer an internet connection for a cellular smart watch.

It's worth noting that some smart watches can still connect to your phone via Bluetooth if your phone is nearby.

felix is a SIM only mobile subscription so you will need to BYOD (bring your own device). We understand that this might be an inconvenience to some, but we promise that the planet karma is totally worth it!

Standard 1300 and 1800 numbers are included on all of our plans.

Calling 1300 and 1800 numbers using WiFi calling

Your call may not connect because WiFi calling may not show your location accurately. To call these numbers, you may need to switch off WiFi Calling in your device settings, connect back to the mobile network and dial the number again. To find out how to do this, see: How do I make WiFi calls?

We currently don’t have any bundles available for family or business groups. However, you can invite friends and family to join with your unique referral code. You’ll both get $35 of credit in your felix wallet once they sign up and activate using your code. See How do I refer a friend?

Yes! VoLTE and WiFi Calling are included on all of our plans. Please note however that voice calls are different to VoLTE and WiFi Calling and will use your data.
