Ins and outs of the felix subscription.
How much does the felix subscription cost, and what's included?
Last updated: 10/02/2021

felix is a simple no lock-in contract, $35/month mobile subscription. Your felix SIM gives you unlimited data at speeds of up to 20Mbps and unlimited standard calls and texts in Australia.

The best part is that we also plant a tree each month for every single customer that holds an active subscription with us (this is on top of being certified carbon neutral and powered by 100% renewable electricity). It's good value with good values.

For full inclusions, head over to the plan page https://felixmobile.com.au/plan/

How does the 'no lock-in' contract work?
Last updated: 16/11/2020

felix is a month-to-month subscription with no lock in contract so you can pause or cancel at any time. We'll hold a grudge for the rest of eternity, but there is no charge for cancellation. Unless you have paused or cancelled, your subscription will auto-renew every month.

Can I keep my existing phone number? (yes!)
Last updated: 16/11/2020

Yep! You can absolutely keep your existing number when you switch to felix, even if you're with another provider. Just make sure you're not in a contract with your existing provider to avoid any nasty cancellation bill shock from them.

When signing up in the felix app, you will be asked if you want a new number or if you want to switch your current number to felix.
