Life happens, so if your payment fails on your renewal date, you can still use your service for another two days. You can pay during these two days by tapping Re-purchase my subscription from the top of the Home tab in the felix app. If you still need to pay, we will automatically attempt payment at 11:59 pm Sydney time on day one and 11:59 pm Sydney time on day two.

If there's no successful payment after two days, you will still have access to incoming calls, incoming texts and outgoing emergency calls for 60 days. You can still pay to restart your subscription through the app during the 60 days.

You will keep access to your mobile number after 60 days but won't be able to receive incoming calls or texts for a period of time. We will email you the details of that stage if you're nearing it.

There are no late fees on felix.
