You can sign up and order your felix SIM or eSIM through the felix mobile app or on our website. You can also buy a felix SIM at Coles, Woolworths and Officeworks. Follow the steps below to sign up:
1. Download the felix mobile app or continue on our website to sign up and choose your preferred plan.
2. Choose whether you want to bring your current number over to felix or get a new one.
3. Choose to sign up with an eSIM or a physical SIM card (physical SIM cards are express posted at no extra cost).
4. Complete sign up and follow the prompts.
5. If you’ve ordered a physical SIM, activate it in the felix mobile app when it arrives.
6. If you choose an eSIM, you activate it right away in the felix mobile app.
You’ll pay your first month on sign up, but your billing cycle won’t start until you’ve activated your service in the felix mobile app.
