If your payment fails on your renewal date, you can continue using your service for another two days. We will automatically attempt payment at 11:59pm Sydney time on day one and two if no successful payment has been made. We also recommend jumping into the felix mobile app and make a payment at your earliest convenience by tapping Re-purchase my subscription from the Home tab.
