There are no excess data fees on felix! We will never charge you when you go over your data limit on our 25GB and 50GB Mobile Plan. 

We will send you a notification to let you know when you have used 50%, 85% and 100% of your data limit.  Once you have used all of your data inclusions for the month, you’ll then automatically start to use whatever data you have in your data bank. Once you have used both your data limit and data bank,, your speed will simply throttle to 1.5Mbps, so you can still access the internet.

With speeds up to 1.5Mbps, you can stream music and standard definition video, make video calls, browse the internet and social media. However, content may be slower to load and is not suitable for high definition video or high speed applications. Actual speeds will vary depending on factors such as device capabilities, location, network congestion and network coverage. 

You also have the option of upgrading your plan at anytime, or adding a 10GB data pack to your plan for just $10, all from the app.
