You can cancel your subscription with felix at any time with no exit fees. You can also pause your subscription if you prefer for up to 242 days, after which time your account will be suspended.

To cancel, head to the felix mobile app > Settings > Phone and service settings > Cancel my service > Yes, cancel my service.

After cancelling, you can still use your subscription until the end of the current billing cycle.
