Your renewal will go through automatically at around 11:59pm on your renewal date (unless you switch your number to another provider, pause or cancel beforehand). To change your payment method, see How do I update my contact or payment details?


At this stage, we don't accept payment via direct debit, BPAY, Apple pay or Google pay.


If your payment fails on your renewal date, you can still use your service as normal for another two days. During these two days, you can jump into the app and make payment (by tapping Re-purchase my subscription from the top of your Home tab). We will also automatically attempt payment at 11:59pm Sydney time on day one, and 11:59pm Sydney time on day two if no successful payment has been made.
