Life happens, so if your payment fails on your renewal date, you can still use your service as normal for another two days with no penalty. During these two days, you can jump into the app and make payment (by tapping Re-purchase my subscription from the top of your Home tab). We will also automatically attempt payment at 11:59pm Sydney time on day one, and 11:59pm Sydney time on day two if no successful payment has been made.

If there's been no successful payment after those two days, you will only have access to incoming calls, incoming texts and outgoing emergency calls for 60 days, during which time you’ll be able to pop into the app and make a payment and restart your subscription. After the 60 days, you will still have access to your mobile number but won't be able to receive incoming calls or texts for a period of time. We will email you with the details of that stage if you're nearing it.
