Here are some other tricks we’ve gathered along the way that may help though!

- Check that the correct number is displaying under Settings > Phone > My number

- Check that your device’s timezone settings are set to automatic 

- Check that the SMSC on your device. You can check it by dialing *#5005*7672#. If the ‘Service Centre Address’ isn't +61415011501, then dial **5005*7672*+61415011501# to set it to that.
