Yes! You’ll need a valid Australian residential address and valid Mastercard, Visa credit/debit card or PayPal account to purchase your felix subscription. You can also use the accepted cards via Apple or Google Pay.
Please note, if you sign up with an international payment method, Apple Pay, Google Pay, a PayPal account, or a card issued by some smaller Australian financial institutions you will be required to do an ID check before activating your SIM. There are a few ID types you can choose to use for your check. If you choose to use your Foreign Passport with your Australian VISA, you will need to complete the ID check once you've entered Australia. The ID check is done within the felix app and should only take a few minutes to complete.
Important to note that your SIM can only be activated when you are in Australia. If you have an eSIM compatible phone, you can switch to felix in minutes using an eSIM.
