Yes! You’ll need a valid Australian residential address and valid Mastercard, Visa credit/debit card or PayPal account to purchase your felix subscription. .

Please note, if you sign up with an international payment method, a PayPal account, or a card issued by some smaller Aussie financial institutions you will be required to do an ID check before activating your SIM. There are a few ID types you can choose to use for your check. If you choose to use your Foreign Passport with your Australian VISA, you will need to complete the ID check once you've entered Australia. The ID check is done within the felix app and should only take a few minutes to complete.

Please note that your SIM can only be activated in Australia. If you have an eSIM compatible phone, you can switch to felix in minutes with an eSIM.
