You can choose to upgrade instantly to another plan or schedule a downgrade which will go through at the time of your next renewal. The only fee charged will be the difference in the plan. For example, if you’re upgrading from our 25GB Mobile Plan ($25/mth) to our 50GB Mobile Plan ($30/mth), you’ll pay the difference of $5/month to upgrade.
To upgrade or downgrade your plan, in the felix app go to Service > tap Change my plan > Choose your preferred plan by tapping Pick this plan > Review the details and tap Next.
If you are downgrading your plan, the date that your plan will change will show after tapping next.
Will I continue to pay $35/mth for the Unlimited Mobile Data Plan if I change to another felix plan at any point?
Our subscription price for the Unlimited Mobile Data Plan increased to $40/mth on the 20th of September, but for customers who joined before this date and have an active felix subscription, you will continue only to pay $35/mth. However, if you change to another felix plan at any point and change back to the Unlimited Mobile Data Plan, you'll be required to pay the new price of $40/mth.
