If you have a 5G compatible phone, you may need to request a replacement SIM through the felix mobile app to enjoy the benefits of 5G right away in a 5G coverage area (don't worry, it's easy to do!). The new SIM will be 5G compatible.
Steps to upgrade to a 5G compatible eSIM
Click the option that applies to you (you'll need the latest app version first):
- I currently have a physical SIM
Alternatively, you can follow the steps below upgrade to a 5G compatible physical SIM or eSIM:
1. Head to the felix mobile app
2. Tap Settings
3. Tap Replace or swap your SIM
Here you can replace your SIM with a physical SIM or an eSIM.
