To resume your plan, head to the felix mobile app and tap Resume my subscription on the home screen within 119 days of pausing.
Considering pausing your plan? First check if either of these situations apply to you:
- If you're using a promo code with a multi-month discount (e.g. a discount on your first three months) and pause your plan before the promo ends, your first payment when you resume your plan will be the full priced amount. After that, you'll go back to paying the discounted amount for the remaining months left on your promo.
- If you're one of our customers who has been paying $35/mth for our unlimited plan, and you resume your plan after pausing for 60 days, your plan price will reset to our new price of $40/mth.
