Updates to plan pricing (January 2026)

In September 2023 the price of our Unlimited mobile data plan at speeds up to 40Mbps changed from $35 per month to $40 per month. For customers who joined before this change and stayed on the same plan we applied a $5 monthly discount

After more than two years of applying the discount, we will soon need to align the price with the current standard monthly price.

In accordance with our Standard Form of Agreement, we are giving 30 days advance notice to impacted customers.



Why the change?

For over two years we have offered impacted customers a monthly discount on their Unlimited mobile data plan. During this time, we’ve continued to invest in felix mobile. We are now bringing customers in line with the current standard price of our Unlimited mobile data plan at speeds up to 40Mbps, which has remained unchanged in price for impacted customers since September 2023.



When does the discount expire?

From your next plan renewal on or after 5th January 2026 your renewal payments for our plan will increase to $40/month in line with our standard price. You’ll be able to see your updated plan details in the app from 5 January 2026. With this change, your remaining plan inclusions and other discounts (if applicable) are unchanged.


Can I change to a lower priced plan? 


Absolutely – felix has 2 other plans to choose from, starting from $25/month. You can find out more about our different plans here.

To change plans in the felix mobile app head to Service > Change my plan > Choose your preferred plan by tapping > Review the details > tap Next. Your plan will change from the next renewal payment.  



How can I cancel my plan? 


You can cancel your subscription with felix at any time with no exit fees. You can also pause your subscription if you prefer for up to 119 days, after which time your account will be suspended. 

To cancel, head to the felix mobile app > Settings > Phone and service settings > Cancel my service > Yes, cancel my service. 

After cancelling, you can still use your subscription until the end of the current billing cycle.
