If your phone has been lost or stolen, you can easily order a replacement SIM from another mobile. Simply download the felix app, log in with your felix account details, and follow these steps:
1. Tap on Settings.
2. Scroll down and tap Replace or swap your SIM.
3. Tap on the most appropriate reason you need a replacement SIM.
4. Follow the rest of the steps to verify it’s really you ordering a new SIM.
P.S. Don’t forget to log out if you’re borrowing someone else’s phone!
Ordering a new physical SIM card? First check that the delivery address on your profile is correct. In the felix app, tap Settings > Profile > Delivery address.
