My phone has been lost or stolen

If your phone has been lost or stolen, you can easily order a replacement SIM on the felix mobile app. You’ll need a back-up or borrowed phone to log into your felix account, and access to the email address you signed up with.

 

How to reorder a physical SIM or eSIM:


- Log into your account on the felix app and tap on Settings

- Scroll down and tap on Replace or swap your SIM

- Choose the type of SIM you want

- Tap on the link in the email sent to your felix email address to verify your identity


Ordering a new physical SIM card? While you wait for delivery, we recommend setting up a temporary call diversion and barring your data + texts to prevent any unauthorised access to your mobile banking or other sensitive apps. Chat with us via live chat for help doing this.

 

Don’t have access to your email? Reach out to us on live chat in the felix app so we can verify your identity a different way and get you a new SIM.
